When EraseBG purchases may be refunded and how to request support

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through EraseBG.

One-Time Credit Packages

Credit packages are digital goods that are delivered to your account immediately after payment. Because these credits are provisioned instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the credits have been delivered.

We may approve a refund when:

  • you were charged more than once for the same order;
  • credits were not delivered to your account;
  • a technical issue on our side prevented you from using the purchased credits and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time; or
  • a refund is required by applicable law.

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

Subscription Plans

If subscription plans are offered on EraseBG, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings to stop future renewals. Cancellation applies to future billing periods and does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.

Partial-period refunds for subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if a significant technical issue prevented normal use.

Free Credits

Free credits provided upon registration or through daily claims are not eligible for cash refunds, as no payment was made to obtain them.

  • Your registered email address
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request
